Special Processes
With vertically integrated process we can complete and certify any component with near one-piece flow.
Laser Marking, Laser Etching, Laser Welding, Passivation, Titanium anodizing, super polishing, bead blasting, packaging, and assembly of complex components. All process controlled and packaged for dock to stock shipment.
Precision Manufacturing
With every process to make any medical part, our wide variety of processes and equipment ensure rapid response, the highest quality control flexibility of manufacturing, processes. Swiss CNC machinery, high speed 5-axis milling, complex turn milling, EDM, gun drilling, laser cutting.
Cases and Trays
Custom cases and trays utilizing, water jet, CNC laser cutting and stamping processes. Full CNC loading and inspection for rapid turnaround. Complex custom-made components or standard hardware with silk screening and laser marked artwork.
